Almost Traditional Lithuanian White Salad with Boiled Meat

  • 6 potatoes
  • 3 carrots
  • A chicken soup cube
  • 2 pickles
  • 400 grams of canned peas
  • Leek
  • 200 grams of boiled meat
  • 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • A tablespoon of horseradish
  • Salt
  • Pepper
1Start with boiling potatoes and carrots together with a chicken soup cube. Leave the vegetables to cool off. Peel and chop them. Chop the meat too.
2Put the rest of the ingredients, mix with mayonnaise and horseradish, add some salt. Enjoy!
