Almost Traditional Lithuanian White Salad with Boiled Meat
Ingredients
- 6 potatoes
- 3 carrots
- A chicken soup cube
- 2 pickles
- 400 grams of canned peas
- Leek
- 200 grams of boiled meat
- 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- A tablespoon of horseradish
- Salt
- Pepper
Recipe Directions
- 1. Start with boiling potatoes and carrots together with a chicken soup cube. Leave the vegetables to cool off. Peel and chop them. Chop the meat too.
- 2. Put the rest of the ingredients, mix with mayonnaise and horseradish, add some salt. Enjoy!
