1Heat the oven to 160 C. Whisk the butter with the sugar. Break the eggs while whisking. Get a bowl to mix the flour, baking powder, cinnamon. Pour the butter mass. Cut the apples into small cubes and mix them with apricot jam and raisins. Pour it into the dough.
2Spread the parchment paper in a baking tin and bake the dough for 60-75 minutes. Enjoy!
