Asian chicken salad


    • Boiled chicken filet: 500 g (diced)
    • Lettuce: 0,5  (or salad mix)
    • Carrots: 2 (cut in sticks)
    • Cucumber: 2 (cut in sticks)
    • Sprouts: 50 g
    • Green onion: 2 (sliced)
    • "Hoisin" sauce: 0,5 glasses (or other Chinese barbecue sauce)
    • Rice wine vinegar: 2 tablespoons
    • Vegetable oil: 2 tablespoons (or peanut oil)
    • Coked sesame seeds: 1 tablespoon

    Recipe Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together chicken, salad, carrots, cucumbers, sprouts and half of onions.
  2. Then, in another bowl, mix "Hoisin" sauce, vinegar, and oil. About two thirds of sauce pour on salad and mix it. Then put salads on plates, and serve spiced with remaining onion, sauce. On the top season with some sesame seeds.
