Pour milk over bagels and let them swell. Cut the onion and fry it in a pan, sprinkle spices, pour minced meat and break an egg or two.
Take bagels out of the milk. Put them on a pad paved with cooking paper, and put minced meat in the middle of each bagel. Cook at 180 C for about 20 minutes. Enjoy!
Note: There are no correct portions for this recipe. Some people like more minced meat, others don't. You can use all kinds of bagels (except sweet ones). You can add various things into the minced meat (dried tomatoes, meat pieces, etc.) If you like cheese, you can grate some on top before you place the dish in the oven.
