  • A tablespoon of olive oil
  • An onion (cut into thin slices)
  • Red paprika (cut into thin slices)
  • 2 slices of garlic (chopped)
  • 2 chicken breasts (cut in half)
  • A quarter of a teaspoon of dried red chili pepper
  • A quarter of a teaspoon of salt
  • A quarter of a teaspoon of ground pepper
  • 50 milliliters of balsamic vinegar
  • A can of marinated tomatoes

1Get a big pot, pour the oil and heat it on a medium temperature. Pour the onion and paprika and fry for about 5 minutes. Put in the garlic and chili. Stir and cook for another minute.
2Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper. Put the chicken in a frying pan and cook each side for about 4 minutes. Pour vinegar and tomatoes, let it boil. Reduce the flame and stir while cooking. It should take about 25 minutes for the dish to be ready.
