Separate yolk from the white. Mix the yolk with sugar and vanilla sugar until you have a fluffy white mass. Slowly pour the oil while whisking. Mix flour with baking powder, and mix it in the yolk-oil mass. Whisk whites and salt. Slowly and carefully mix it into the yolk mass. Mix it with a wooden spoon from top to bottom. Slowly connect the two masses. Grease the baking tin with oil, pour the dough, place raspberries and bake at 180 C for about 45 minutes.
Once it cools off, you can sprinkle some powdered sugar.
