Brown Sugar Cookies
    • 100 grams of butter
    • 160 grams of flour
    • 100 grams of brown sugar
    • An egg
    • A teaspoon of honey
    • A teaspoon of baking powder
    • A pinch of salt
  1. Start by whisking butter and brown sugar. Break the egg, pour honey, and stir. Get a separate bowl to mix the flour, baking powder, and salt. Pour it into the butter mass and start kneading the dough.
  2. Put the dough inside a plastic wrap and store it in a freezer for about half an hour.
  3. Knead the dough, so it is about 3 millimeters thick. Use a form to make cookies. Spread parchment paper on a baking tin. Put the cookies on a baking tin. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes at about 180 C. Enjoy!
