Start by whisking butter and brown sugar. Break the egg, pour honey, and stir. Get a separate bowl to mix the flour, baking powder, and salt. Pour it into the butter mass and start kneading the dough.
Put the dough inside a plastic wrap and store it in a freezer for about half an hour.
Knead the dough, so it is about 3 millimeters thick. Use a form to make cookies. Spread parchment paper on a baking tin. Put the cookies on a baking tin. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes at about 180 C. Enjoy!
