- 250 grams of carrots
- 350 grams of potatoes
- An egg
- 2-3 handfuls of breadcrumbs
- Boil potatoes and carrots. Mince it. Crack an egg, pour salt, spices, breadcrumbs, and quickly knead it. Form burger-like shapes and cook in a frying pan.
- Note: Croquettes are delicious, though it would also be worth trying them with some filling - meat or curd might work out.
