Broccoli and grapes salads
- Half a cauliflower
- 2-3 tomatoes
- A small violet onion
- A carrot
- A cucumber
- A small Greek yogurt
- Salt
- Pepper
- A garlic
- Oregano
- Basil
- Start with cubing cauliflower and tomatoes. Cut the carrot into thin circles, cube the onion. Grate the cucumber and mix it with the yogurt and spices.
- Mix the salad with the sauce and serve it with toast (or not, it tastes great either way). Enjoy!
