- Semolina: 100 g
- Milk: 1 glass
- Flour: 5 tablespoons
- Grated cheese: 50 g
- Eggs: 2-3
- Butter: 4 tablespoons
- 1. Pour milk in a pot and boil. Then add some butter and white while it melts. Pour semolina. Boil for a few minutes always stirring.
- 2. Then seperate egg yolks from whites. Mix yolks with grated cheese and add into porridge. Pour sieved flour and mix a dough.
- 3. Then whisk egg whites until stiff and carefully mix in the dough. Form small balls and boil in salted water.
- 4. Eat with some melted butter. Enjoy!
