Cheese and semolina balls


    • Semolina: 100 g
    • Milk: 1 glass
    • Flour: 5 tablespoons
    • Grated cheese: 50 g
    • Eggs:  2-3
    • Butter: 4 tablespoons
    • Salt

    Recipe Directions

  1. 1. Pour milk in a pot and boil. Then add some butter and white while it melts. Pour semolina. Boil for a few minutes always stirring.
  2. 2. Then seperate egg yolks from whites. Mix yolks with grated cheese and add into porridge. Pour sieved flour and mix a dough.
  3. 3. Then whisk egg whites until stiff and carefully mix in the dough. Form small balls and boil in salted water.
  4. 4. Eat with some melted butter. Enjoy!
