Cheese soup with chicken

Ingredients:

    • Watter: 1,5 l
    • Chicken filet: 200 g
    • Rice: 80 g
    • Carrot: 1
    • Potatoes: 2
    • Onion: 1
    • Garlic: 1 clove
    • Curry powder: 0,5 teaspoon
    • Melted cheese: 3
    • Salt
    • Pepper
    • Dill

    Recipe Directions:

  1. Put some salt, pepper and chicken in water and boil in about 20 minutes. Take out the chicken and slice it.
  2. Then in the same watter, add rice and boil in about 5 minutes. Next, add cut potatoes, grated carrots and chopped onion. Boil it until potatoes becoumes soft.
  3. After that, add sliced chicken, minced garlic and curry. Boil it about 10 minutes. Turn off the heat, add cheese, stir it until cheese melts. Season with some dill. Enjoy it!
