  • 230 grams of mushrooms
  • 200 milliliters of cream
  • A pinch of parsley
  • 1 garlic slice
  • Grounded black pepper

1Wash and dry the chicken. Cut it into small pieces. Rub in salt and pepper.
2Wash and cut the mushrooms.
3Pour some oil and heat the frying pan, put the chicken and fry it for a bit. Take the chicken out and put it in a separate bowl until you cook the mushrooms. Once the mushrooms are done, put the chicken back in the pan and fry everything together.
4Pour cream over the chicken and mushrooms. Add some salt, pepper, parsley, and garlic. Mix everything until cream is thick.
5Serve with rice and enjoy. Though the dish tastes great without the rice.
