Chicken with garlic sauce


    • Chicken breast fillet: 1 kg
    • Butter: 100 g
    • Garlic: 10 cloves
    • Flour: 4 tablespoons
    • Broth: 1 cup
    • Salt: pinch
    • Spices for chicken: to taste
    • Ground pepper: pinch

    Recipe Directions:

  1. Wash the chicken and drain off. Rub with spices, ground pepper and half of minced garlic. Heat oil in the pan, add chicken and cook until well cooked.
  2. In another pan, melt butter, add minced garlic and cook for a while. Pour flour and stir, then add broth, always stirring, while sauce becomes thick.
  3. Serve with a lot of sauce! Eat with some side dish you like, I recommend rices and fresh vegetables.
