Chicken with mushroom sauce


    • Chicken fillet: 4
    • Garlic: 3 cloves
    • Mushroom: 2 - 3 cups
    • Carrots: 2
    • Flour: 1 tbsp
    • Chicken broth: 0,5 cup
    • Seasoning
    • Salt
    • Ground pepper
    • Oil

    Recipe Directions:

  1. Mince garlic mix with seasoning, pepper and salt and rub all over the chicken. Set aside for 60 minutes. Then put chicken into 180C (360F) temperature preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes.
  2. Then in a frying pan with a little bit of oil cook mushrooms. Then take out mushrooms from the pan and add grated carrots and cook for a little.
  3. Then put mushrooms in a pan, pour flour, stir and cook for a few minutes. Then pour broth and stir, while sauce becomes thick. Add seasoning, stir one more time and then serve the chicken, poured with the sauce.
