Cut the chicken breast into not too thick slices, place them in a whisked egg white, roll in a mix of flour, salt, and black pepper. Fry it in oil until the color becomes golden. Take it out and put on a paper washcloth to absorb excess oil.
Cut onions and paprika, grate carrots. Fry carrots and onions with a little bit of oil until they soften, then put paprika and fry some more.
Mix ingredients for the sauce (with exceptions of starch and some juice) and boil for about 10 minutes. Put pineapples, vegetables, chicken, pour starch, which released in juices, and heat till everything becomes thicker. Enjoy it with or without rice.
