Chocolate zucchini cake


    • Flour: 150 g
    • Cacao powder: 45 g
    • Baking soda: 0,75 teaspoon
    • Baking powder: 0,25 teaspoon
    • Salt: pinch
    • Cinnamon: 0,25 teaspoon
    • Dark chocolate chips: 100 g (you can choose milk chocolate as well)
    • Eggs: 2
    • White sugar: 100 g
    • Brown sugar: 100 g
    • Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
    • Sunflower oil: 125 ml
    • Zucchini: 220 g (grated)

    Recipe Instructions:

  1. Heat the oven at 180 C (360 F). Put baking paper into baking tray.
  2. In a large bowl mix together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Then add some chocolate chips and set aside.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs, add all sugar (and white and brown), pour some vanilla extract and well mix everything. Then add some oil and grated zucchini, mix.
  4. Finally, pour flour mixture and mix all ingredients together.
  5. Pour dough into a baking tray.
  6. Bake about 55 - 65 minutes. If baked, check with a wooden stick. Enjoy!
  7. Note: If needed, you can sieve flour and cocoa powder.
