Coconut Porridge


    • 120 milliliters of coconut oil
    • 120 milliliters of water
    • 25 grams of coconut powder
    • A ripe banana
    • Half a teaspoon of cinnamon
    • A pinch of salt
    • 2 eggs
    • Mango puree

    Recipe Directions:

  1. Pour water and milk into the pot. Put it on fire and start pouring coconut powder while stirring. Mash the banana and put it in the porridge. Add cinnamon, salt, and stir while cooking.
  2. Whisk the eggs and pour them in the porridge. Boil on a low fire, until the porridge becomes "flake." Serve with whatever we like - our choice is mango puree.
