  • A kilo of potatoes
  • 3 spoons of rapeseed oil
  • 2 spoons of spices for cooked potatoes
  • 100 grams of salad mix
  • 2 spoons of spices for salad
  • A spoon of pine nuts
  • A spoon of sugar
  • A spoon of salt
  • 3 spoons of oil from grape pips

1Grease the ham with the mix of mayonnaise, mustard, and persillade. Put the ham in an oven bag and let it tenderize for a few hours. Before you cook the meat, cut peeled potatoes into slices and sprinkle them with potato spices, pour oil and thoroughly mix.
2Put everything in the baking tin and cook at 200 C for about 90 minutes.
3Mix sugar, salt, spices for salad, pine nuts and oil for salad seasoning. Serve everything in nice plates and enjoy the meal!
