Cookie Cake with Halvah


    • 200 grams of groundnut halvah
    • 500 milliliters of thick cream
    • 350 grams of regular cookies
    • 350 grams of chocolate cookies
    • 8 tablespoons of jam

    Recipe Directions:

  1. Start with whisking halvah with the cream. Put it in a fridge for about 2 hours.
  2. Get a deeper plate and make squares with the regular cookies (3x3 cookies) and spread it with about 4 tablespoons of halvah mass. Add more regular cookies on top, spread some jam. Continue with adding chocolate cookies and repeating the whole sequence. Finish the cake with regular cookies and halvah mass on top.
  3. Leave the cake in a fridge for the night. Decorate it whichever way you want.
  4. Note: Cookies soak and taste really soft. The only downside of this cake is that you can't eat too much of it.
