- Cabbage: 1/4 (small one)
- Onion: 1
- Celery: 2
- Carrot 1
- Mayonnaise: 2 šaukštų
- Grated lemon peels: just a little
- Ground pepper
- Grate the cabbage (or chop if you like) and carrot in a bowl. Chop onion and celery. Season with some salt and ground pepper.
- Take mayonnaise and mix well with grated lemon peel and chopped dill. Pour on cabbage, carrot, onion and celery mix. Stir well and refrigerate for a few hours. Enjoy it.
