Curd and Apple Pie with Cinnamon Topping
    • 200 grams of flour
    • 50 grams of semolina
    • 6-7 apples
    • 200 grams of curd
    • 150 grams of sugar
    • 50 grams of vanilla sugar
    • 3 eggs
    • 30 milliliters of milk
    • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
    • A handful of groundnuts without peel
    • 170 grams of butter
  1. Mix flour with sugar and semolina. Melt the butter and thoroughly mix it with flour and the rest of the mass. Take one-third of the mass and put it in a separate container. Mix it with cinnamon (this will be the topping). Spread the rest of the mass in a baking tin.
  2. Add grated apples and two whisked eggs with milk to curd. Mix it, add some vanilla sugar. Put it on top of the layer in a baking tin.
  3. Mix the nuts in the topping, add the last whisked egg, and crumble the topping with your hands.
  4. Bake for about 40-45 minutes at 185 C. Enjoy!
