Curd and Apple Pie with Cinnamon Topping
Ingredients
- 200 grams of flour
- 50 grams of semolina
- 6-7 apples
- 200 grams of curd
- 150 grams of sugar
- 50 grams of vanilla sugar
- 3 eggs
- 30 milliliters of milk
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- A handful of groundnuts without peel
- 170 grams of butter
Recipe Directions
- 1. Mix flour with sugar and semolina. Melt the butter and thoroughly mix it with flour and the rest of the mass. Take one-third of the mass and put it in a separate container. Mix it with cinnamon (this will be the topping). Spread the rest of the mass in a baking tin.
- 2. Add grated apples and two whisked eggs with milk to curd. Mix it, add some vanilla sugar. Put it on top of the layer in a baking tin.
- 3. Mix the nuts in the topping, add the last whisked egg, and crumble the topping with your hands.
- 4. Bake for about 40-45 minutes at 185 C. Enjoy!
