Curd Cookies
    • 200 grams of curd
    • 100 grams of sugar
    • 10 tablespoons of olive oil
    • 10 tablespoons of milk
    • 350 grams of flour
    • A teaspoon of baking powder
  1. Use a blender for the curd to get rid of those small lumps. Mix it with the rest of the ingredients. Knead the dough. Roll 5-7 millimeter thick plates. Use forms to make cookies. Sprinkle them with sugar.
  2. Heat the oven to 150 C and bake for about 25 minutes. Let the cookies cool off and start enjoying them.
