Start by soaking semolina in cream or milk for about 30 minutes. Whisk eggs together with sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt. Melt butter and pour into curd. Mix everything. Add swollen semolina as well. Scald raisins, dry them and add to the mass. Peel the apples and cut them into slices.
Spread parchment paper on a baking tin and pour half the mass. Place apple slices and pour the remaining mass on top. Bake at 180 C for about 30-40 minutes. Enjoy!
