Dessert with strawberries


    • Cream: 200 ml (30% fat)
    • Milk: 200 ml (3,5% fat)
    • Sugar: 3 tablespoons
    • Lemon peel: from 2 small or 1 large lemon
    • Gelatin: 20 g
    • Strawberries

    Recipe Directions

  1. 1. In a small bowl, put gelatin and a little bit of water. Mix to combine well, and allow mixture to sit for a few minutes until gelatin swells. Then in a pot, pour cream, milk, add sugar and lemon peel. Put on medium heat in about 5 minutes, always stirring.
  2. 2. Turn off the heat, take out lemon peels and add swelled gelatin. Mix well to combine. Pour mixture into serving plates or glasses and set aside to cool. Then put in a refrigerator for 3 - 4 hours to set.
