Pasta Pudding with Curd and Spinach
- 500 grams of curd
- 500 grams of pasta
- 200 grams of sour cream
- 100 grams of butter
- 3 eggs
- Enzymatic cheese
- A pinch of salt
- 1. Cook the pasta and leave it to cool off. Whisk the eggs and mix it with the pasta and 100 grams of sour cream. Mix curd with the rest of sour cream, a pinch of salt, and spinach.
- 2. Grease the pan with butter and put everything in layers - pasta, curd, pasta, etc. Pour grated cheese on top and cook at 180 C for about 30 minutes. Enjoy!
- 3. Note: You will end up with the most delicious recipe if you use ribbon shaped pasta.
