Fluffy pie with raspberries

Ingredients:

    • Eggs: 2
    • Sugar: 1 cup
    • Raspberry yogurt: 1 cup
    • Sunflower oil: 1 cup
    • Lemon: 1 (peeled)
    • Almond extract: 1 teaspoon
    • Baking powder: 1,5 teaspoon
    • Flour: 2 cups
    • Raspberries: 1 cup or more
    • Almond slices: 50 g
    • Powdered sugar

    Recipe Instructions:

  1. Everything, except berries, pour into a large bowl and mix with mixer for about a minute. Then add the berries, stir and pour batter into a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  2. Bake in 185C preheated oven for about 40 minutes.
  3. Then, when the pie cools, season with a powdered sugar. Also, you can eat it while it's warm with an ice cream.
