  • Fresh potatoes: 1 kg
  • Hot smoked duck meat fillet: 250 g
  • Fresh spinach: 100 g

For sauce:

  • Greek yogurt: 125 g (or thick natural yogurt)
  • Long tailed cucumbers: 0,5
  • Garlic: 2 cloves
  • Chopped fresh dill: pinch
  • Olive oil: few drops
  • Salt
  • Ground pepper

1First of all, thoroughly wash potatoes and. Cook potatoes in salted water. When done, put in a strainer to drain.
2For the sauce: cut cucumber along the way, scoop out the seeds. Grate cucumber, season with some salt, mix well. Put in a strainer to drain (for about 15 minutes). Press grated cucumbers gently with your hands, and then pour into a bowl, add minced garlic, chopped dill. Pour a little bit of olive oil, season with some salt, ground pepper and mix everything well.
3Cut potatoes into 4 pieces (in potatoes very small, don't need to cut), pour into preheated pan with a little bit of oil. Cook for a few minutes. Then add sliced meat, and cook a little bit more.
4Turn off the heat. Add spinach, stir a little. Serve with sauce.
