  • 1 kilogram of chicken
  • 50 milliliters of red wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons of honey
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • A tablespoon of dried herb mix
1Start with marinating the chicken in the wine vinegar for about half an hour.
2Take the chicken out and sprinkle it with spices. Rub the chicken and put it in a baking tin.
3Heat an oven to 200 C. Spread the chicken with honey and put it in the oven. Bake for about half an hour.
4We recommend rice as a side dish for this chicken recipe.
