Fried chicken with mushrooms


    • Chicken fillet: 2
    • Eggs: 2
    • Potato starch: 2 tbsp
    • Non-fat mayonnaise: 2 tbsp
    • Garlic: 3 cloves
    • Mushrooms: 5
    • Salt
    • Ground pepper
    • Oil

    Recipe Directions:

  1. Cut chicken in small pieces. In a bowl, beat egg, add garlic, mayonnaise, starch, seasoning and cut mushrooms and chicken, mix well. Put in a fridge for couple hours.
  2. In a frying pan, add some oil and with spoon form little steaks and cook. Serve with side dish you'd like. Enjoy.
