Garlic soup

Ingredients:

    • Potatoes: 2
    • Onion: 1 (large)
    • Garlic: 4 large cloves
    • Chicken broth 1,5 l
    • Rice: 0,5 cup
    • Olive oil: 3 tablespoons
    • Cream: 200 ml
    • Dill
    • Salt
    • Ground pepper

    Recipe Directions:

  1. First of all, in a frying pan, cook chopped onion and garlic. Then in another pot, pour the broth, cut potatoes and boil a little. Add rice and boil for about 15 - 20 minutes.
  2. Then add cooked vegetables, pour cream, season with some spices and dill. When potatoes and rices will be cooked, blend all soup together (with blender, but not necessary). Enjoy!
