- 2 pieces of Camembert cheese
- An egg
- 2 slices of garlic
- Put the cheese in a fridge to make it harder. Cut it into two pieces. Extract the garlic slices and rub it in the cheese.
- Whisk the egg and soak the cheese in it. Roll in the breadcrumbs. Make sure there aren't any holes. Otherwise, the cheese might leak.
- Heat the oil in the frying pan and cook each side for 3-4 minutes. Enjoy!
