Grilled Camembert Cheese


    • 2 pieces of Camembert cheese
    • An egg
    • 2 slices of garlic
    • Breadcrumbs
    • Oil

    Recipe Directions:

  1. Put the cheese in a fridge to make it harder. Cut it into two pieces. Extract the garlic slices and rub it in the cheese.
  2. Whisk the egg and soak the cheese in it. Roll in the breadcrumbs. Make sure there aren't any holes. Otherwise, the cheese might leak.
  3. Heat the oil in the frying pan and cook each side for 3-4 minutes. Enjoy!
