Homemade tomato sauce with plums

Ingredients:

    • Tomatoes: 2 kg / 4,5 lbs
    • Blue plums:0,5 kg / 1 lbs
    • Onions: 2
    • Sugar: 0,5 glass
    • Salt: 1 tsp
    • Sweet paprika powder: 1 tsp
    • Vinegar: 100 ml

    Recipe Directions:

  1. Cut onion, tomatoes and plums into cubes. Pour into a pot and cook for about 90 minutes (don't forgot to stir). Then blend it. Add seasoning, stir and cook for 30 - 60 minutes.
  2. Then pour into jars, cover and set to chill in room temperature.
