Homemade White Bread
- 500 grams of flour
- A teaspoon of dry yeast
- 325 milliliters of warm water
- A teaspoon of salt
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 3 tablespoons of sour cream
1Mix all the dry ingredients, make a small hollow and mix while slowly pouring the water. Once you pour all the water, put in the sour cream and knead thoroughly. The dough shouldn't stick to hands too much. If it does, though, pour some flour. Knead it, put a towel on it, and leave it in a warm place for about 40 minutes. That is until the dough rises.
2Lightly spread the baking tin with oil and pour some flour on it.
3Put the dough in the baking tin and keep it in an oven for about half an hour at 200 C. Then, reduce the temperature to 180 C and bake for another 10 minutes. Wait for it to cool off and enjoy!
