Lasagna soup


    • Minced meat: 500 g
    • Carrots: 2
    • Onions: 2
    • Paprika: 1
    • Garlic: 3 cloves
    • Chili pepper: 1 (small)
    • Blended tomatoes: 300 g (canned)
    • Crushed lasagna pasta: 5
    • Water: 1,5 l
    • Salt
    • Ground pepper
    • Grated cheese: as much as you like

    Recipe Instructions:

  1. Chop onions and paprika into cubes, grate the carrots and cook everything in frying pan with a little bit of oil. Add chopped chili pepper, minced garlic and cook while vegetables becomes soft.
  2. Then in a pot (where you will prepare soup) add cooked vegetables. Then take the same frying pan and add ground meat and cook while meat is well cooked. Add tomatoes and stew for about 5 minutes. Pour everything into a soup pot. Pour with water and cook for about 20 minutes.
  3. Then add pasta, season with some salt and pepper. Also, you can add some green, like dill, green onions, and so, if you'd like. Boil until pasta becomes soft.
  4. Serve immediately with some grated cheese on the top.
