Lavash Rolls with Chicken


    • A big lavash
    • 200 grams of fried chicken fillet
    • 120 grams of spreadable cheese
    • 30 grams of pistachio
    • A slice of garlic
    • A tablespoon of dill
    • 40 grams of dried cranberries
    • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
    • 50 milliliters of orange juice
    • A teaspoon of grated orange peel
    • A pinch of salt

    Recipe Directions:

  1. Hash the pistachios. Pour orange juice on dried cranberries and leave them for about 15 minutes and drain.
  2. Mash the chicken with the garlic. Mix spreadable cheese with mayonnaise, chicken, and the rest of the ingredients, except for cranberries and pistachios. Spread lavash with the mass. Pour pistachios and cranberries on top. Make a jelly-roll. Roll it into a cling film and put in a fridge for a couple of hours.
  3. Take it out and cut into smaller pieces and enjoy!
