1. This recipe does not have the right balance of vegetables. Add whichever you find the most delicious. Cut cucumbers, carrots, and onions into slices. Add 4-5 peppercorns and a laurel leaf into the jar. Stratify vegetables to your liking.
2. Brew the marinade and pour it over the vegetables. Put a lid and put it in a pot to heat. Put a small towel in the jar, place the jar and pour water, so it's half full.
