    • Cucumbers
    • Carrots
    • Onions
    • Laurel leaves
    • Black peppercorns
    For the marinade:
    • Water: 2 liters
    • Salt: 2-3 spoons
    • 9% vinegar
    • Sugar: 2 glasses

    Recipe Directions:

  1. 1. This recipe does not have the right balance of vegetables. Add whichever you find the most delicious. Cut cucumbers, carrots, and onions into slices. Add 4-5 peppercorns and a laurel leaf into the jar. Stratify vegetables to your liking.
  2. 2. Brew the marinade and pour it over the vegetables. Put a lid and put it in a pot to heat. Put a small towel in the jar, place the jar and pour water, so it's half full. Once the water starts to boil, heat for another 10 minutes. Screw the lid and put the jar in a cool environment. Enjoy! Vegetables end up really delicious and crunchy.
