Meatballs with honey sauce


    • Ground meat: 500 g
    • Egg yolk: 1
    • Garlic 3 cloves
    • Salt: pinch
    • Ground white pepper: pinch
    For sauce:
    • Soy sauce: 30 g
    • Honey: 30 g
    • Water: 30 ml
    • Potato starch: 1 tablespoon

    Recipe Directions:

  1. Add egg yolk into ground meat. Add minced garlic, salt and pepper. Mix everything well. Line baking tray with some baking paper, shape from meat little balls and add to a tray.
  2. Preheat oven to 200 C (400F) and put baking tray with meatballs. Bake until meatballs become well cooked.
  3. While meatballs are cooking, prepare sauce. Mix water with starch. Add all sauce ingredients in a pot and heat, while starts to thick. Add cooked meatballs into a sauce and stir.
  4. Serve with side dish you like.
