  • 300 milliliters of milk
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 230 grams of royal flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 50 grams of powdered sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • Orange peel (not mandatory)

1Boil milk and butter, take it off and pour flour while quickly mixing. Knead the mass with a spoon until it cools off. Mix powdered sugar with yolk (it has to become white) and knead the dough. Whisk the whites and slowly pour it while kneading the dough.
2Put it in a frying pan and cook on oil, medium heat. You will end up with excellent pancakes, without soda or baking powder. Soft and delicious - something that everybody can enjoy.
