Pasta with smoked sausages and sour cream - tomato sauce


    • Pasta: 200 g
    • Smoked sausage: 2-3
    • Red paprika: 1
    • Onion: 2
    • Garlic: 2 clove
    • Canned tomatoes in tomato juice: 200 ml (or good tomato sauce)
    • Sour cream: 100 ml
    • Cheese: 100 g
    • Italian (Provance) seasoning: 2 teaspoon
    • Salt
    • Pepper
    • Dill (or green onions)

    Recipe Directions

  1. 1. First of all, boil pasta. Then dice onion and paprika, slice sausages. Heat the pan, add sausages, paprika and onion and fry with a some oil until vegetables turns soft and a little bit roasted. Then add minced garlic and cook for a few minutes. Add boiled pasta, pour sour cream, tomatoes and stir. Season with some salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Stew in a low heat in about 10 minutes. Then add grated cheese and wait until cheese will melt. Serve with some dill or green onion season. Bon appetite!
