Pies with meat


    • Flour: 650-700 g
    • Watter: 200 ml
    • Eggs: 2
    • Vinegar: 1 tablespoon
    • Butter: 250 g
    • Sugar: 1 teaspoon
    • Salt: pinch
    • Ground meat: 500 g
    • Onions: 3 (large)
    • Seasoning
    For coating:
    • Egg: 1
    • Water: 1 tablespoon

    Recipe Directions:

  1. Pour flour into a large bowl. Then grate butter on it. Then rub flour and butter between fingers, till mixture becomes like a sand.
  2. Then, add the eggs and mix well. In another bowl or cup pour water, vinegar, salt, sugar and pour that mixture into a flour. Knead a dough. If sticky, add more flour. Dough should be soft and elastic. When done, set aside dough in about half an hour.
  3. While waiting, take ground meat, add chopped onions, some salt and seasoning. Take some pastry, add ground meat and form a llittle pies. Put all pies into baking tray and spread with some egg - watter mix. Then bake in heated oven 180 C (360 F) in about 35 minutes. Enjoy!
