Piquant fish soup

Ingredients:

    • Salmon filet: 400 g
    • Onion: 1
    • Garlic: 4 cloves
    • Carrots: 1
    • Lemon: 0,5
    • Chilli pepper: 1
    • Broth: 2 l
    • Salt: pinch
    • Pepper: to taste
    • Tomato sauce: 4-5 tablespoons
    • Oil: for baking
    • Ginger: just a little

    Recipe Instructions:

  1. Take deep pot and cook chopped onions, garlic, ginger and chili pepper with a little bit of oil. A little bit latter add grated carrot and sliced lemon. Cook for a while.
  2. Then add tomato sauce, season with some spices, stir. Pour broth in and boil while everything softens.
  3. Add cut salmon and boil for another 10 minutes. Enjoy!
