Potato and Curd Pudding


    • 350 grams of potatoes
    • 200 grams of curd
    • 2 eggs
    • 150 grams of sour cream
    • 2 tablespoons of flour
    • A pinch of salt

    Recipe Directions:

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into tiny cubes.
  2. Get a separate bowl and mix eggs, sour cream, curd, flour, and salt. Pour the cut potatoes into this mass. Mix it.
