For curd sauce:
- 6 potatoes
- Smoked salmon
- An onion
- 200 grams of granular curd
- 2 slices of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of sour cream
- Grate the potatoes and the onion. Leave it for a few minutes, drain the juices, pour salt, and mix it. Start frying pancakes.
- To make the sauce, mix the curd with garlic, chopped dill, salt and sour cream.
- Slice the salmon into thin strips.
- Serve pancakes with the sauce and salmon. Enjoy!
