    • An onion

    For curd sauce:
    • 200 grams of granular curd
    • 2 slices of garlic
    • 2 tablespoons of sour cream
    • Dill
    • Salt
  1. Grate the potatoes and the onion. Leave it for a few minutes, drain the juices, pour salt, and mix it. Start frying pancakes.
  2. To make the sauce, mix the curd with garlic, chopped dill, salt and sour cream.
  3. Slice the salmon into thin strips.
