Potato Pancakes with Granular Curd Sauce and Salmon

  • 6 potatoes
  • Smoked salmon
  • An onion
  • Salt
  • Oil

For curd sauce:

  • 200 grams of granular curd
  • 2 slices of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of sour cream
  • Dill
  • Salt
1Grate the potatoes and the onion. Leave it for a few minutes, drain the juices, pour salt, and mix it. Start frying pancakes.
2To make the sauce, mix the curd with garlic, chopped dill, salt and sour cream.
3Slice the salmon into thin strips.
4Serve pancakes with the sauce and salmon. Enjoy!
