Pumpkin pie


    • Flour: 2,5 cup
    • Ground ginger: 1 teaspoon
    • Ground cinnamon: 1 teaspoon
    • Salt: 0,5 teaspoon
    • Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
    • Baking soda: 1 teaspoon
    • Sugar: 1,5 puodelio
    • Butter, room temperature: 1 cup
    • Eggs: 4
    • Pumpkin puree: 2 cups

    Recipe Directions:

  1. In a bowl, mix together flour, salt, ginger, cinnamon, baking powder and baking soda.
  2. In another large bowl, beat butter with sugar until creamy and well mixed. Then add one by one eggs always mixing. Then add pumpkin pie puree and flour mix, combine everything together. If batter seems too liquid, add a little bit flour. Pour prepared batter into cake mold lined with baking paper.
  3. Bake in 180C (360F) preheated oven in about 30-40 minutes. Tasty!
  4. Note: making pumpkin puree is pretty easy. Just cut the pumpkin into large pieces, bake a little bit in hot oven, while pumpkin become soft and then just blend it until puree. Thats it.
