Rice and Vegetable Spread


    • A pack of rice
    • 400 grams of vegetables (go with whatever you like)
    • 50 grams of solid cheese
    • 50 grams of butter
    • A pinch of salt

    Recipe Directions:

  1. Boil rice for about 10 minutes and don't forget to add some salt.
  2. Cut the vegetables into similar size cubes and mix it with the rice. Season it with salt. Pour everything into a shallow bowl, pour about half a centimeter of water, and cover it with foil. Heat the oven to 180 C and bake for about 15 minutes.
  3. Take the bowl out and uncover the food. Sprinkle some grated cheese and add small pieces of butter. Cook for another 5 minutes. Enjoy!
