Pour washed and chopped salads in a bowl. Add cut cucumber, tomato and salmon. Season with some salt.
Then in a pot, pour water, turn on the heat. When water starts to boil, beat in one egg (or you can bet as much as you like, but you should beat one from another, not all the same time). Boil eggs for about 3 minutes on low heat.
Then put the egg on the salad, season with some pepper, pour a little bit of olive oil and add crushed green onions.
