Sausages with beans and tomatoes


    • Fresh pork sausages: 500 g
    • Onon: 1
    • Garlic: 2 cloves
    • Red chili pepper: 1
    • Canned crushed tomatoes: 1 can
    • Canned white beans: 1 can
    • Dried basil: pinch
    • Sugar
    • Salt
    • Ground pepper
    • Parsley

    Recipe Directions:

  1. Cook sausages in a frying pan. Then put them in a baking tray and put in 180C (360C) preheated oven for about 15 minutes. In the same frying pan, put chopped onion, chili pepper and cook for a few minutes.
  2. Then mince garlic and add into same frying pan. Then pour canned tomatoes. Cook on a low heat for about 5 minutes, while sausage will become thick. Add some basil, salt, ground pepper and sugar.
  3. Finally, add drained beans and cook for a little, that beans becomes warm. When serving, season with some parsley. Enjoy it!
