Add peas in a pot, add chicken wings, pour water and boil in low heat.
Then in a pan, pour a little bit of oil and add chopped onion, carrots, chili powder, garlic and ginger, until comes soft. Then everything from the pan, pour into soup and boil in about 30 minutes (also you can add potatoes).
Then add salt, pepper, cumin and chopped green onion. This soup is very good tasting.
